Time will be split between two functions: Quality Ticket Resolution -Opening, tracking, and resolving quality issue tickets generated by the QA team. -Communicating with the necessary parties that includes vendors, quality, engineering, operations, and buyers around action needed taken -Tickets should be closed with 7 days Invoice Issue Resolution -Investigate errors, discrepancies, or any other problem that is keeping AP from processing an invoice -Follow-up with appropriate parties that includes vendors, quality, engineering, operations, and buyers -Invoices should be resolved within 30 days

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
