##### **JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Performs routine duties required at the circulation desk utilizing the integrated library system, electronic resources and Microsoft Office.
- Assists in maintaining a library circulation service desk at which patrons receive courteous, prompt, and efficient service
- Answer telephone and directs calls
- Assist with the library's resource sharing (interlibrary loan) program
- Prepare daily and monthly statistical reports for the Fulton Campus. Assist with gathering and reporting library statistics on all campuses.
- Manage the physical processing of library materials
- Assist students with research and basic computer applications
- Maintain library records and send notices to students, faculty and staff concerning overdue library material(s)
- Assist with year-end inventory
- Prepare purchase requisitions for orders of library materials, supplies and equipment
- Maintain financial records on book fines, printing, etc
- Maintain professional working relationships with students, faculty, administration and staff, adhering to the highest standards of respect for the right of others
- Perform other duties as assigned by Director of Libraries
- Assist other departments as needed
- Be available to work all campuses as needed. Evening hours will be required.
