**QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED**

Physical ability to perform strenuous work in a fast-paced work environment.

##### **QUALIFICATIONS PREFERRED**

Custodial experience in an industrial, commercial setting. General awareness of janitorial practices and procedures. Experience with janitorial equipment (machines relating to buffing, waxing, stripping, etc.) and cleaning products.

##### **JOB DESCRIPTION**

Sweep and clean floors

Clean and mop bathrooms

Vacuum carpeted areas

Clean windows, blinds and drapes

Clean all glass doors in public areas

Thoroughly clean all drinking fountains

Clean and dust all furniture

Clean all equipment used daily, including vacuum cleaner

Gather and dispose of all trash daily

Report all maintenance needs and damages as soon as possible

Be responsible for requesting and maintaining appropriate supplies

Be available for after-hours events as needed

Coordinate and set up Facility Use Requests

Clean all sidewalks, walkways and stairs adjacent to assigned buildings

Perform other related duties as assigned
