Compensation

What You’ll Be Doing
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
- Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs and measure performance.
- Deliver data-driven insights that influence business decisions.
- Support forecasting, modeling, and strategic initiatives.
- Validate data quality and ensure reporting accuracy.
- Automate recurring reports and improve data workflows.
What You’ll Need to be Considered
- 5 years of experience in Data Analytics or Business Inteligence
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience translating complex data into executive-level insights and presentations.
- Strong proficiency with SQL and Power BI or Tableau.
- Knowledge of data governance practices and reporting standards.
- Experience with predictive modeling, statistical analysis, or forecasting.
- Familiarity with data warehousing, ETL processes, Python, R, or Azure DevOps.
Salary : $45 - $50
