What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage full-cycle AP/AR, including invoicing, payments, and collections
- Assist with payroll processing and reporting
- Track project profitability and provide insights to leadership
- Support inventory tracking and asset management in financial systems
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports (P&L, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with business licenses and tax requirements
- Partner with leadership and external advisors on financial operations
What You’ll Need to be Considered
- 5 years of Full Charge Bookkeeping/ Accounting experience
- Experience in project-based or construction-style accounting environments
- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online
- Advanced Excel skills for reporting and analysis
- Ability to operate independently and build processes without direction
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, informal environment
- Experience supporting multi-entity or multi-division operations
Salary : $60,000 - $75,000
