Project Architect / Commercial Architect

Compensation: $60,000 – $95,000 annually DOE
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead projects through schematic design, construction documents, and administration
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal design teams
- Manage multiple commercial and residential projects simultaneously
- Produce technical drawings and construction documentation
- Oversee detailing, specifications, and project quality
- Support project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and firm leadership
What You’ll Need to be Considered:
- Be able to do the job as described.
- Degree in Architecture from a NAAB-accredited program
- Commercial architecture project experience
- Strong technical detailing and construction documentation skills
- Portfolio or portfolio website required
- Licensed Architect or actively pursuing licensure preferred
- Experience with Vectorworks, SketchUp, or transferable CAD platforms
Salary : $60,000 - $95,000
