What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting across multiple offices
- Develop forecasts for revenue, utilization, project profitability, and cash flow
- Prepare management reporting, dashboards, and KPI analysis for leadership
- Perform variance analysis and identify opportunities for corrective action
- Build financial models supporting pricing, staffing, headcount, and resource decisions
- Develop long-range financial plans supporting growth and expansion initiatives
- Enhance financial models and reporting processes
What You’ll Need to be Considered
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field
- Advanced Excel financial modeling skills, including pivot tables and complex formulas
- Experience with ERP systems
- CPA or CMA required
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI/reporting platforms
Salary : $90,000 - $100,000
