Compensation
- Up to $65,000, depending on experience
What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver desktop, hardware, software, and mobile device support to end users
- Resolve technical issues through phone, remote access, and in-person support
- Document, track, and escalate support requests through the ticketing system
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware and software
- Support Active Directory, Intune, Exchange Online, and print administration
What You'll Need to be Considered
- Advanced troubleshooting of desktop and laptop hardware, imaging, and peripherals
- Experience administering Active Directory, Intune, Exchange Online, and Print Servers
- Strong customer-facing communication in both technical and non-technical settings
- Experience supporting iPhone, iPad, and Android devices
- Experience with Aderant, iManage, SharePoint Online, Power Automate, or PDQ Deploy is a plus
