Compensation: $85,000–$95,000 annual salary DOE
What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer acceptance
- Deliver an engaging onboarding and new hire orientation experience
- Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and hiring plans
- Coordinate interviews, candidate communication, and offer preparation
- Track recruiting metrics, workforce data, and organizational charts
- Oversee the Summer Intern Program and support employee engagement initiatives
- Collaborate with HR, IT, Accounting, and business leaders to improve hiring processes
What You'll Need to be Considered:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience leading full-cycle recruiting and onboarding programs
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms
- Ability to analyze recruiting metrics and workforce data
- Experience supporting relocation or expatriate hiring is a plus
