Compensation

What You'll Be Doing
- Lead job costing, inventory costing, and standard cost processes
- Analyze gross margins, inventory variances, and job profitability
- Partner with operations to improve costing accuracy and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare inventory, COGS, and manufacturing-related journal entries and reconciliations
- Support month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Assist with audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting
- Drive ERP enhancements and continuous process improvements
What You'll Need to Be Considered
- 4-7 years of progressive accounting experience with strong GL, month-end close, and financial statement analysis foundation.
- 2 years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or inventory-intensive environment -- required
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis
- Ability to communicate financial results to operational leaders
- CPA, CMA, or active pursuit of certification preferred
