Compensation: $95,000 annually DOE
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop, implement, and maintain the corporate Quality Management System (QMS) in line with IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 9001
- Lead internal and external audits, including customer and supplier audits
- Manage supplier performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Serve as primary contact for customer complaints, corrective actions, and quality issues
- Analyze quality data to identify trends and implement solutions
- Mentor and lead Quality Technicians to meet team and organizational goals
What You’ll Need to be Considered:
- Be able to do the job as described
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related discipline
- Certified IATF 16949 Lead Auditor and VDA 6.3 Process Auditor certification
- Proficiency with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA quality tools
- Strong experience with customer-specific requirements and automotive quality standards
- Ability to lead customer-facing quality initiatives and issue resolution
- Expertise in root cause analysis (8D, 5-Why, corrective/preventative actions)
