Our client is seeking a highly organized Project Administrative Assistant to serve as the connective tissue between project teams, leadership, vendors, and accounting. This role plays a critical part in keeping projects moving forward—ensuring documentation, contracts, and communication stay accurate, timely, and aligned so teams can focus on delivering successful outcomes.

Compensation: $60,000 annually
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Act as a liaison between project teams, stakeholders, and management
- Provide administrative and coordination support to Project Managers
- Prepare and organize project reports, documentation, and presentations
- Maintain accurate project files, meeting minutes, and deliverables
- Support Accounting with AP and AR activities as needed
- Coordinate vendor sourcing, approvals, and required documentation
- Format and manage contracts using digital signature tools and SharePoint
What You’ll Need to Be Considered:
- Experience supporting projects in construction, engineering, or real estate-related environments (required)
- Comfort managing vendor documentation (COIs, W9s, registrations)
- Experience formatting and coordinating contracts in Adobe Sign or DocuSign
- Ability to juggle multiple projects while maintaining strong communication
- Familiarity with project management tools and Excel
