Compensation
- $105,000 – $115,000
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead ownership of item master data processes, governance, and system utilization
- Oversee data stewards handling item creation, updates, and change requests
- Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and consistency across enterprise systems
- Act as escalation point for complex data quality issues and exceptions
- Partner with IT, Finance, Supply Chain, and Sales to align data strategy
- Establish KPIs to track performance, data quality, and operational efficiency
- Drive continuous improvement in data governance frameworks and tools
- Participate in occasional travel (approximately 15%) to support cross-functional initiatives
What You’ll Need to be Considered
- Hands-on expertise with item/product master data in ERP/MDM systems such as Oracle or SAP
- Experience leading data stewards or data-focused teams
- Strong ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership
- Advanced knowledge of data governance frameworks and quality standards
- Proficiency with SQL and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
Salary : $105,000 - $115,000
