Compensation:
- $120-140K based on experience
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead development of engineering standards, templates, and specifications
- Oversee design deliverables aligned with project and industry requirements
- Manage multiple projects to meet quality, schedule, and budget goals
- Partner with construction teams to support execution and estimating
- Mentor and direct designers and engineers to ensure high-quality output
- Review and validate designs for accuracy, compliance, and best practices
- Serve as a technical resource to solve complex design challenges
What You’ll Need to be Considered
- 5–10 years of experience developing construction design documents in a design-build or consulting engineering environment
- Strong understanding of workflow between design disciplines and engineering packages
- Ability to manage projects across quality, schedule, and budget requirements
- Hands-on experience with electrical schematics, plans, and schedules
- Capability to lead, mentor, and develop engineering team members
- Strong communication skills working across customers, vendors, and internal teams
Salary : $120,000 - $140,000
