Compensation: up to $30/hour based on experience
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Organize and maintain litigation files from case inception through completion
- Conduct factual investigations, review discovery, and prepare documentation for production
- Coordinate and summarize depositions and assist with trial exhibits
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other filings for federal and state matters
- Manage attorney calendars and ensure key deadlines are met
- Collaborate with attorneys, clients, and court officials throughout the litigation process
- Maintain accurate timesheets and case records
What You’ll Need to Be Considered:
- Certificate in Paralegal Studies (required)
- Strong understanding of litigation processes and e-filing procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and legal research tools (e.g., Westlaw)
- Exceptional organizational and proofreading skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
