Compensation:
$70-90K based on experience
What You'll Be Doing
- Partner directly with end users to implement technology solutions and deliver software training
- Create presentations and provide live, virtual, and recorded training sessions
- Design eLearning content, videos, job aids, and scalable learning resources
- Assess workflows and recommend technology adoption improvements
- Build and maintain knowledge resources for software, processes, and technology tools
- Collaborate with internal IT teams to ensure successful user adoption and system functionality
- Support onboarding, technology rollouts, and AI-enabled learning initiatives
What You'll Need to be Considered
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
- Background in a law firm, professional services, healthcare, financial services, consulting, or another highly regulated environment
- Strong instructional design and adult learning knowledge
- Experience creating digital learning content, including videos and eLearning
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Self-starter with a consultative, solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to translate business workflows into impactful technology learning experiences
Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
