About the Role
The Compensation and Payroll Supervisor primarily focuses on designing, implementing, and managing competitive compensation structures and job grading systems to attract and retain talent. This role also oversees the accurate and timely operational execution of payroll, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage compensation structures and job grading systems
- Conduct market analyses and administer merit increases and bonuses
- Supervise Payroll Administrator and serve as escalation point for complex issues
- Lead audits and prepare payroll/compensation reports for executives
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws
Qualifications
- Experience with enterprise payroll/compensation systems (UKG, ADP, AX)
Required Skills
- Strong skillset in Excel and compensation databases
- Ability to work with strong personalities and interface with executives
- Highly organized, adaptable, and professional
Pay range and compensation package
Up to $100,000 bonus
Salary : $70,000 - $100,000
