Compensation
Salary range: $70,000 - $77,700/yr
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support the design of public infrastructure projects including roads, drainage, and utilities
- Review construction plans for compliance with engineering standards and codes
- Assist with bid reviews and contractor selection processes
- Participate in pre-construction and permitting reviews
- Conduct engineering studies and prepare technical reports
- Interact with contractors, developers, agencies, and the public
- Support oversight of active construction projects
What You’ll Need to be Considered
- Be able to do the job as described
- Engineer in Training (EIT) certification or FE exam completion
- Civil Engineering degree or near-term completion
- Exposure to public infrastructure or municipal projects
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, MicroStation, or similar tools
