Quality Analyst (Remote)

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Quality Analyst to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment and enjoys balancing task execution with quality oversight.

The Plant Operations Quality Analyst is responsible for managing operational work from intake to completion while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to established workflows, processes, and quality standards. This role serves as a critical bridge between operations and quality by not only completing work but also validating outputs, identifying process gaps, troubleshooting issues, and driving continuous improvement.

Success in this role requires strong prioritization skills, adaptability, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to navigate shifting priorities while maintaining a high level of quality and accountability. We are less focused on specific job titles and more interested in candidates who have demonstrated success in structured, process-driven environments where accuracy, speed, and problem-solving are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned operational tasks from initiation through completion, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with business expectations.
  • Review work products for quality, completeness, and compliance with documented standards and procedures.
  • Maintain organized work queues and effectively prioritize high-volume workloads in a fast-paced environment.
  • Monitor deadlines, track deliverables, and ensure consistent throughput across assigned responsibilities.
  • Translate direction and requirements into clear, actionable deliverables.
  • Proactively communicate project status, risks, blockers, and dependencies to stakeholders.
  • Escalate issues early with clear documentation of impact, root cause, and recommended solutions.
  • Ensure consistent application of Plant workflows, SOPs, protocols, and quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate trackers, logs, and documentation to support operational visibility and reporting.
  • Manage file organization, version control, and documentation integrity within SharePoint and related systems.
  • Identify recurring errors, workflow bottlenecks, and process inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.
  • Investigate operational issues, document findings, and support resolution efforts.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of job aids, checklists, and process documentation.
  • Reinforce quality expectations through daily execution and continuous process adherence.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on workflows, priorities, and quality expectations.
  • Support a culture of operational excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Required

  • 2 years of experience in operations, production support, administrative coordination, quality review, process support, or a related field (or demonstrated equivalent capability).
  • Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience following and enforcing documented processes and procedures.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.
  • Clear and professional written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accountability.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred

  • Experience in structured, workflow-driven, queue-based operational environments.
  • Experience performing quality reviews, audits, or compliance-related functions.
  • Experience identifying process improvements and implementing operational efficiencies.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint, documentation management, and workflow tracking systems.
  • Title industry experience is a plus but not required.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is energized by a fast-paced operational environment, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and able to adapt quickly as business needs evolve. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of succeeding in environments that require:

  • Rapid prioritization and decision-making
  • Strong attention to detail under pressure
  • Comfort working through ambiguity and changing priorities
  • Ownership of deliverables and follow-through
  • Independent problem-solving and critical thinking
  • Process discipline and quality-focused execution

While prior title industry experience is valuable, it is not required. We provide comprehensive training and are primarily focused on finding individuals with the operational mindset, adaptability, and quality-driven approach needed to succeed in this role.
