We are seeking a UX Researcher to support a banking platform transformation initiative. This role focuses on practical, delivery-driven research to understand user behavior, identify friction points, and improve overall user experience during platform changes.
Key responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct qualitative research (interviews, usability testing, journey validation)
- Evaluate user flows to identify usability and comprehension gaps
- Partner with UX, product, marketing, and technology teams on research priorities
- Synthesize findings into clear, actionable insights
- Create research deliverables (reports, journey insights, recommendations)
- Analyze user sentiment, trust, and behavior during platform transitions
- 7 years of UX or design research experience
- Strong qualitative research and facilitation skills
- Experience with complex, transactional, or high-impact user experiences
- Ability to work in fast-paced, delivery-focused environments
- Strong storytelling and stakeholder communication skills
- Experience in banking, fintech, or enterprise environments
- Experience with third-party or white-labeled platforms
- Familiarity with platform migrations or transformation initiatives
- Background in service design or systems-level research
Salary : $95 - $125
