We are seeking a Lending/Loan Operations professional to support loan processing from approval through closing and servicing.
Responsibilities:
- Act as main point of contact for stakeholders throughout the loan lifecycle
- Manage deal flow and coordinate timely closings with Relationship Managers
- Review and prepare closing documentation, ensuring compliance and accuracy
- Support funding, booking, and ongoing loan servicing (payments, draws, payoffs)
- Identify and resolve issues, escalating as needed
- 3-5 years of Lending Assistant or Loan Processor experience
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; nCino or similar systems preferred
- Experience with Commercial Real Estate and C&I loans
