Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Residential Lending Specialist based in Tampa, FL. The Residential Lending Specialist will manage the residential lending process, including evaluating loan applications, reviewing creditworthiness, and ensuring loans meet compliance and underwriting requirements. The role involves assisting members with financial solutions and providing exceptional customer service while maintaining positive member relationships. The Specialist will also collaborate with internal teams to support lending activities and goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with a focus on building positive relationships and addressing member needs effectively.
- Proficiency in Underwriting and Loans, with experience in evaluating creditworthiness, processing loan applications, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Solid understanding of Finance principles, including residential lending practices and financial analysis.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in the financial or lending industry is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams and adapt to new processes and technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
