Responsibilities
- Act as the initial point of contact for client IT support requests through phone, email, and our ticketing system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to workstations, networks, and common business applications.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level engineers when necessary.
- Assist with user setup, password resets, software installations, and system updates.
- Document all work performed and maintain accurate records within our ticketing system.
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles (internships are considered).
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, and IP addressing.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Own reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally as needed.
- Experience in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment.
- Familiarity with RMM and PSA tools like ConnectWise or Datto.
- CompTIA A , Network , or equivalent certification.
