Production Supervisor/PM Shift Lead Pay $22.00-$25.00 per hour, Saturday and Sunday 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm (with potential to expand days) | Part-Time to Start.
We’re hiring a PM Shift Lead for an established production facility in Hayward, CA. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll oversee production operations on the PM shift, manage a team, track performance, and keep things running smoothly. If you’re bilingual, experienced in a production or warehouse environment, and know how to lead a crew — this is worth a look.
- Supervise and lead production team members during the PM shift.
- Monitor and report on KPIs and shift performance.
- Coordinate workflow and ensure production targets are met.
- Assist with BOL documentation and shipping coordination as needed.
- Communicate with customers and internal teams to provide order updates.
- Train and guide team members on safety and production procedures.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Report any issues or incidents to management promptly.
- Bilingual English/Spanish required — written and spoken.
- Prior supervisory or lead experience in a production, warehouse, or manufacturing environment required.
- Available to work Saturday and Sunday 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification a plus.
- Food Handler’s Card or ServSafe certification a plus.
- Pick/pack or warehouse experience a plus.
- Reliable, team-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Competitive pay: $22.00 – $25.00/hour paid weekly. Weekend shift schedule. Opportunity to expand hours as the role grows. Stable facility with a collaborative team.
