The Partner Manager at Isos Technology is responsible for building and
scaling strategic partnerships that expand market reach, strengthen
service offerings, and accelerate mutual growth. This role owns the
end-to-end partner lifecycle from identifying and onboarding new
partners to enabling long term, high impact relationships rooted in
shared value, accountability, and performance.
Serving as the primary liaison between Isos Technology and its partner
ecosystem, the Partner Manager works closely with Sales, Marketing,
Client Success, Strategic Advisory, and Consulting/Delivery teams to
integrate partners into go-to-market motions and service delivery
models. This role plays a critical part in enabling successful
co-selling, joint marketing initiatives, and aligned partner execution
that supports client outcomes and company growth.
This position is ideal for someone who can balance strategic partnership
development with hands-on execution, operating confidently across
multiple stakeholders while helping Isos deepen and scale its
partner-driven business.\

an employer contribution. Actual compensation can vary based on
Qualifications, Experience, Additional Incentive Opportunities, And

Partner Relationship Leadership
- Own and manage strategic partner relationships, serving as the
