Job description:
We are currently seeking high-energy, qualified trainers/coaches who can deliver high levels of service and a fantastic workout experience to our members.
As an ISI Elite Fitness Coach, you will be responsible for delivering predesigned workouts for up to 36 members per session. This position requires a strong ability to coach and manage time, motivating multiple members in a group setting, producing a high-energy and positive experience for our members.
Job Qualifications:
- Experience in group exercise and training settings is highly desirable
- Positive, motivating and effective interpersonal communication skills
- Must have the desire and capacity to train all fitness levels, novice to elite
- Must hold a current fitness certification from an ISI Elite approved education company such as ACSM, ACE, NASM, NSCA, AFFA.
- Must have current CPR/AED certification
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Flexible Schedule; must be available to work days, nights, some and some weekends
