At ISI® Elite Training – Cooper City, we deliver 50-minute, strength-based, coach-led sessions designed to build strength, improve conditioning, and create a team-driven training experience. We’re looking for part-time Performance Coaches who can bring the energy, coach with purpose, and create an experience that keeps members coming back.
This is more than just coaching workouts—it’s about building relationships, creating accountability, and delivering a high-level experience every time someone steps onto the turf.
- Lead and motivate members through pre-designed, coach-led group training sessions (up to 30 members)
- Deliver high-energy, engaging workouts while ensuring proper form, safety, and effectiveness
- Provide hands-on coaching, modifications, and progressions for all fitness levels (novice to elite)
- Create a positive, welcoming, and team-oriented environment
- Build relationships with members to drive accountability, retention, and referrals
- Set up, organize, and reset the training floor before and after sessions
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional training space
- Support the overall member experience and culture of the facility
- High-energy, confident presence with strong group coaching ability
- Passion for strength training and functional fitness
- Ability to command a room and coach multiple members at once
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, team-first mindset
- Comfortable coaching in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Availability for select weekday mornings/evenings and weekends
- Valid CPT certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, AFAA, etc.)
- Current CPR/AED certification
- Experience in group training or fitness coaching preferred
- Strong understanding of exercise technique, body mechanics, and training principles
