Position Summary
This is not a traditional Assistant Manager role. ISI® Elite Training Fort Mill is a flagship, headquarters-owned location, and we are seeking a high-performing individual ready to grow into leadership while representing the brand at the highest level.
The Assistant Manager plays a key role in supporting facility operations, driving sales performance, delivering an elite member experience, and helping lead the team day-to-day. This is a high-impact position with direct exposure to Headquarters leadership and a clear path for growth within ISI®.

Core ResponsibilitiesFacility Operations and Support
- Support daily facility operations including scheduling, payroll assistance, and marketing execution
- Maintain a strong in-facility presence (approximately 40 hours per week)
- Assist in tracking and reporting daily key performance indicators
- Help execute monthly marketing and operations calendars
- Ensure the facility is clean, safe, and aligned with ISI® brand standards
- Support leadership in maintaining the facility’s financial scorecard
Sales and Member Experience
- Assist in lead generation, follow-up, and conversion efforts
- Execute the ISI® sales process and support new member onboarding
- Contribute to daily, weekly, and monthly membership goals
- Build strong relationships with members to drive retention and community
- Support grassroots marketing and local partnerships
- Represent ISI® Elite Training at community events
Team Leadership and Development
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training of staff
- Help manage and motivate coaches and sales team members
- Reinforce accountability to performance metrics and brand standards
- Work closely with the Facility Manager and Head Performance Coach
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in fitness, sales, or a leadership/support role
- Experience in a performance-based or sales-driven environment preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
- Ability to multitask and execute in a fast-paced environment
- High standards for professionalism and member experience
- Passion for fitness, community, and personal growth
- Willingness to participate in two ISI® workouts per week
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, and weekends
