Job Description
We are seeking ONE (1) enthusiastic and driven Group Performance Coach to lead high-energy training sessions, motivate our members, and deliver an exceptional fitness experience. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a passion for fitness, personal growth, and community engagement.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach high-intensity 50-minute group training sessions.
- Attend events and pop-up experiences with Facility Manager/Head Performance Coach to generate high quality leads.
- Provide motivation, encouragement, and form correction to ensure a safe and effective workout.
- Build strong relationships with members and foster a positive training environment.
- Maintain an energetic, professional, and engaging coaching style.
- Assist in member retention and community engagement efforts.
- Support the facility team with sales, member onboarding, and occasional events.
- Ensure a clean and organized training space.
Qualifications
- Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, ACSM, ISSA, or equivalent.)
- Experience in group fitness training or personal training.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Passionate about health, wellness, and personal development.
- Ability to adapt coaching techniques to all fitness levels.
- CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Availability for early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends.
