The Opportunity
Goosehead Insurance is seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our Minneapolis team. In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships, identifying client needs, and delivering tailored insurance solutions while driving new business growth. What You’ll Do
- Prospect, develop, and manage new client relationships through inbound leads, referrals, and proactive outreach
- Conduct client consultations to assess insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
- Present and explain insurance options clearly and confidently
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through policy binding
- Collaborate with internal service teams to ensure a seamless client experience
- Maintain accurate client records and activity tracking in CRM systems
- Consistently meet or exceed individual sales goals
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management (insurance experience preferred but not required)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Active insurance license or willingness to obtain required licensing (company support provided)
