Account Executive – Build and Own a High-Growth Book of Business
Make an impact from day one. We’re scaling fast and looking for driven Account Executives who want real ownership—of relationships, results, and earnings. You’ll help clients protect what matters most by pairing them with the right coverage from a broad portfolio of top carriers.
What You’ll Do -
- Grow a book of business: Prospect, network, and cultivate referral partnerships—especially with real estate and mortgage professionals.
- Be a trusted advisor: Understand each client’s needs, analyze options across multiple carriers, and present tailored solutions to mitigate household risk.
- Win and retain: Deliver world-class service that drives renewals, referrals, and long-term relationships.
- Own your craft: Manage your pipeline, forecast in Salesforce, and continuously refine your sales process.

Compensation -
- Competitive base salary

Training, Licensing & Requirements -
- All training course and exam fees for the state insurance license are covered.
- Employment is contingent on passing the licensing exam, obtaining your state license, and successfully completing the training program (which begins on your start date).
- Extensive training provided across Salesforce, sales methodology, and business development.
