Package: $100,000-$130,000 Base Salary, 10% bonus & additional benefits.

Irving Knight are partnered with a global multimillion dollar lubricant and metalworking fluid chemical manufacturer. The role will lead the R&D team for formulation and working directly with customers for end to end laboratory customisation.
Key Responsibilities Include: .
- Execute end-to-end laboratory analysis through direct, hands-on benchwork.
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of safety protocols and technical reporting standards.
- Mentor and supervise laboratory technicians to ensure high training standards and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience: Metalworking fluid, Lubricants, or Coatings hands on formulation or R&D experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree; Chemistry.
- Additional Expertise: Experience in Product development and product modifications is preferred.
