Title: Sales Director - Corrugated Packaging
Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
Package: $170,000 - $210,000 Bonus
Irving Knight are currently partnered with a large Packaging company searching for a new Sales Director. This role will be full-time based out of one of their facilities near Philadelphia, PA. You will need to be in commutable distance.
You will be over a team of 10 sales individuals across the North East and travel will be required as needed.
Corrugated packaging sales experience is essential for this role.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies
- Prepare operational and financial sales department reports
- Oversee the management, learning, and career development of the sales team
- Directly coordinate cross-selling and joint marketing initiatives to maximize exposure and profitability
Qualifications
- 5 years corrugated packaging experience
- 10 years of sales experience
- 5 years' of sales leadership - ideally with teams of 7
- Bachelors degree
