Physical Therapist Assistant
A respected healthcare facility near Carson City, Nevada, is looking for a Physical Therapist Assistant to join its Home Health team.
Offering $70,000 - $100,000 annually, based on Pay Per Visit (PPV) rates, plus a Sign-on Bonus.
Physical Therapist Assistant Opportunity:
- Full-Time, Permanent, Direct-Hire
- Schedule: Monday – Friday
- Setting: Home Health

Physical Therapist Assistant Responsibilities:
- Provide direct physical therapy as directed by the Physical Therapist and following the physician’s plan of care.
- Assess patients' living spaces to identify fall hazards and offer clear recommendations to improve safety and accessibility.
- Teach patients and their families how to safely perform daily exercises and manage chronic conditions.
Physical Therapist Assistant Qualifications:
- You must have an active BLS certification or be able to obtain one when hired.
- You need to be a graduate of a Physical Therapy Assistant program.
- You must have a Physical Therapist Assistant license in Nevada or an eligible compact license when hired.
