Industrial Maintenance Tech
Compensation: $ 27-32/hr
Location: South West Indy – near Monrovia, IN
ABOUT OUR CLIENT:
Our client is THE national leader in their NEW high-volume distribution center. Their state-of-the-art facility with robots moving packages even vertically has set the gold standard in efficiency . As a leading player in the industry, they are seeking a talented Maintenance tech to join their team.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- PMs troubleshooting on conveyors, AC/DC systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, 480V
- Facility repairs minor electrical (conduit, wiring)
- Diagnose controls field devices; use system software for monitoring
- Document work orders plan tasks in the CMMS
WHAT YOU BRING:
- Strong electrical troubleshooting; PLC a plus
- Ability to read schematics/blueprints
- Team oriented, adaptable, and able to lead small tasks/projects
WHAT CRITERIA YOU'LL NEED TO LAND THIS JOB:
- 3 years in industrial maintenance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
