What You'll Do
- Lead daily warehouse operations across receiving, shipping, and order fulfillment
- Coach and develop a team to achieve safety, quality, and productivity goals
- Monitor KPIs and WMS data to improve operational performance
- Partner with leadership on staffing, training, and process improvements
- Drive a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
What You Bring
- 2 years of warehouse or distribution leadership experience
- Experience working in high-volume distribution environments
- Knowledge of WMS and warehouse operations
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Automated distribution center experience is a plus
