A high-performing distribution center is looking for a leader who can coach a team, improve operations, and create an environment where productivity follows great leadership.

You'll be responsible for:
- Leading daily warehouse operations
- Driving safety, productivity, and quality
- Using WMS data to improve performance
- Developing and coaching warehouse associates
- Partnering with leadership on staffing and operational planning
We're looking for someone with:
âś” 2 years of warehouse leadership experience
âś” WMS experience in a distribution environment
âś” Strong communication and coaching skills
âś” A continuous improvement mindset
