We're looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a high-volume distribution operation, drive performance, and create a safe, productive environment on 2nd shift.
What You'll Do
• Lead receiving, inventory, order fulfillment, and shipping operations
• Coach and develop warehouse associates to meet productivity and quality goals
• Monitor WMS data, staffing, and daily KPIs to keep operations running efficiently
• Partner with leadership on hiring, training, scheduling, and continuous improvement
• Foster a culture focused on safety, accountability, and operational excellence
What You Bring
✔️ 2 years of warehouse or distribution leadership experience
✔️ Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
✔️ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
✔️ Knowledge of high-volume inbound and outbound distribution operations
✔️ Automated distribution center experience is a plus
