💰$85,000–$115,000 Vehicle Per Diem
This is a Commercial Construction Superintendent role—not a Residential or Property Maintenance Superintendent.
If you've built your career managing ground-up big box retail projects, this is an opportunity to join a growing, family-owned General Contractor with a strong pipeline and a leadership team that invests in its people.
What You'll Do
- Lead ground-up commercial construction projects from start to finish
- Manage subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality on-site
- Mentor Assistant Superintendents and help develop future leaders
- Keep projects on schedule while maintaining strong client relationships
What We're Looking For
✔️ 5 years as a Superintendent with a Commercial General Contractor
✔️ Big Box Retail construction experience is required
✔️ Ground-up construction expertise
✔️ A leader who enjoys coaching and developing others
