What You’ll Do
✔ Partner with executives and managers to align people initiatives with business goals.
✔ Lead org design, performance management, and leadership development strategies.

✔ Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, team dynamics, and workforce planning.

What We’re Looking For
🔹 Proven experience as an HRBP within FinTech SaaS or SaaS/Tech scale-ups.
🔹 Strong commercial acumen—you understand how people strategy drives business outcomes.

Compensation
💰 Competitive salary up to $250,000 USD excellent benefits high-impact role within a fast-scaling organisation.
