We’re looking for a driven salesperson who thrives in the fast-moving world of SaaS and understands how technology transforms how businesses manage their people. You’ll be joining a high-growth team helping companies modernize their HR, payroll, and workforce management operations across Canada.
This is a consultative sales role focused on driving new business, managing the full sales cycle, and building trusted relationships with organizations that value smart, efficient, people-focused technology.
What you’ll be doing:
- Prospecting and developing new business with mid-market and enterprise clients across Canada
- Managing end-to-end sales cycles — from lead generation and demo to close
- Building strong relationships with HR and Finance leaders to understand their pain points and deliver value-driven solutions
- Collaborating with marketing and product teams to tailor pitches and ensure seamless client onboarding
- Staying on top of trends in HR tech, payroll, and workforce automation
What we’re looking for:
- Proven track record in B2B SaaS sales — ideally within HR, payroll, or workforce management technology
- Strong ability to manage consultative, multi-stakeholder sales processes
- Commercially minded and comfortable in a performance-driven environment
- Excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage senior decision-makers
- Based in Canada (Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary, or remote within major hubs)
