Salary: $130,000 – $140,000 base double OTE


We’re seeking a driven Customer Success Manager to join our growing team, focused on ensuring clients achieve maximum value from our solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to work with B2B SaaS customers in the private equity, financial services, or capital markets sectors.


Key Responsibilities

✨ Own the customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal, ensuring clients meet their business objectives

✨ Develop and execute structured Customer Success plans with measurable outcomes

✨ Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and guidance tailored to their goals

✨ Collaborate with sales, product, and operations teams to advocate for clients’ needs

✨ Identify opportunities to expand relationships and drive account growth


Candidate Profile

✔ 3 years in a Customer Success role, ideally in B2B SaaS

✔ Experience working with private equity, financial, or capital markets clients

✔ Strategic thinker with a methodical approach to customer success processes

✔ Strong communicator, comfortable engaging with all levels internally and externally

✔ Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with resilience and collaborative spirit
