Key Responsibilities
✨ Own the customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal, ensuring clients meet their business objectives
✨ Develop and execute structured Customer Success plans with measurable outcomes
✨ Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and guidance tailored to their goals
✨ Collaborate with sales, product, and operations teams to advocate for clients’ needs
✨ Identify opportunities to expand relationships and drive account growth
Candidate Profile
✔ 3 years in a Customer Success role, ideally in B2B SaaS
✔ Experience working with private equity, financial, or capital markets clients
✔ Strategic thinker with a methodical approach to customer success processes
✔ Strong communicator, comfortable engaging with all levels internally and externally
✔ Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with resilience and collaborative spirit
