Iona University seeks applications for the position of Head Club Men’s Volleyball Coach. Reporting to the Director of Club Sports. The Head Club Men's Volleyball Coach is responsible for all aspects of the club program as well as being committed to the academic mission of the University. The Head Club Coach teaches the sport of volleyball to student-athletes, and provides for coaching, recruitment and retention of men’s volleyball players.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Be knowledgeable of, and abide by, all University and campus policies, league policies, campus recreational policies and conference/league requirements.
- Plan, organize and lead the operations for the club sport program including coaching, fundraising, budgeting and travel arrangements.
- Travel with and supervise team at home and away games to ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.

- It is important for the Head Club Men’s Volleyball Coach to have a background in the sport with a minimum bachelor’s degree.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Collegiate Men’s Volleyball rules and regulations.
- They must grasp the current Men’s Volleyball strategies and techniques.
- Posses a valid driver’s license
