We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated professional to join our Risk Management team as a Risk Management Representative. In this role, you’ll support the administration of provider management processes that are critical to maintaining compliance, efficiency, and strong relationships with both internal teams and external providers. This is a temporary position expected to last approximately 6 months.

What You'll Do:
- Administer provider approval and renewal processes, including application reviews, documentation, and Salesforce updates.
- Communicate with providers regarding approval and renewal status, requirements, and documentation needs.
- Coordinate the escalation of application packages to ensure timely processing.
- Prepare meeting materials, minutes, and follow-up actions as needed.
- Support branch and agency personnel with provider-related questions.
- Prepare and distribute provider reports and assist with special projects.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Prior experience in real estate, banking, or title insurance is a plus.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with Salesforce are ideal.
- Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and efficient.
- Professional communication skills with the ability to work effectively with coworkers, attorneys, insureds, and the public.
