- Post daily payments, prepare deposits, and invoice attorneys or lenders for premiums.
- Review closing packages, ensure disbursements and payoffs are completed, and track missing documents.
- Record documents electronically and follow up on status.
- Complete monthly reporting and assist with special projects as assigned.
- 2 years of administrative experience.
- Background in title insurance, mortgage lending, legal support, or loan processing highly preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and strong overall computer skills.
- Detail-driven organizer with excellent teamwork, communication, and follow-through.
