In this role, you’ll support the administration of provider management processes that are critical to maintaining compliance, efficiency, and strong relationships with both internal teams and external providers. This is a temporary position expected to last approximately 6 months.

What You'll Do
- Administer provider approval and renewal processes, including application reviews, documentation, and Salesforce updates.
- Communicate with providers regarding approval and renewal status, requirements, and documentation needs.
- Coordinate the escalation of application packages to ensure timely processing.
- Prepare meeting materials, minutes, and follow-up actions as needed.
- Support branch and agency personnel with provider-related questions.
- Prepare and distribute provider reports and assist with special projects.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Prior experience in real estate, banking, or title insurance is a plus.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with Salesforce are ideal.
- Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and efficient.
- Professional communication skills with the ability to work effectively with coworkers, attorneys, insureds, and the public.
