- Four-year college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Prior real estate industry experience required
- 3 years of sales and marketing experience with a strong focus on relationship building
- Background in title insurance sales, mortgage lending, banking, or legal support preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational, follow-up, and time management abilities
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory
