- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Solid understanding of financial processes, ledgers, and reconciliation
- Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
- Proficiency with business systems; SoftPro experience is a plus
- Ability to identify risk and exercise sound judgment in handling sensitive information
