- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- CPA or CPA candidate strongly preferred
- 3–5 years of experience in corporate and partnership taxation
- Experience in financial services or a white-collar service environment
- Strong project management skills with the ability to work independently
- Experience leveraging technology to improve accounting and tax processes
- Background working in growing or mid-sized organizations
- Exposure to multi-entity or divisional structures preferred
- High level of integrity, strong communication skills, and a proactive mindset
