- Handle administrative tasks including answering phones, managing mail, and preparing documents
- Process policy changes and maintain accurate records of updates and filings
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling files and data
- Title or Real Estate transaction experience a plus
